This Nevada City remodel wasn't your typical renovation. Influenced by the iconic Sea Ranch style, this home features an unconventional inside-out frame. That means every beam, bolt, and piece of conduit had to be finished to perfection because it’s all on display. From locally milled cedar to custom concrete countertops, we loved the challenge of honoring this home’s rugged history while bringing it into the modern era.
