On any project involving structural work, we provide an extended 5-year structural warranty backed by CA Civil Code. Most contractors don't offer this. It means we stand behind the structure of your renovation and address covered issues proactively.
Do you work on older or historic homes?
Yes. We have direct experience with pre-war construction and the specific challenges it presents — including non-standard framing dimensions, aging materials, and permitting requirements for historic properties.
